Another late wrap up! August has been pretty much the same as July ... let's just get into it ... This month I was able to read four books (like last month) including two from my 2021 anticipated books list. Both just a teeny bit short of my expectations but great books nonetheless. Here are… Continue reading august 2021 – wrap up
I am a bit late with this one, but it has been a busy summer (and you can tell by the length of this wrap up). Without further ado, here is what I completed in July: I am Enough by Grace Byers This One Sky Day by Leone RossThe Falling in Love Montage by Ciara… Continue reading july 2021 – wrap up
For June, I participated in Read Caribbean Month, the Studio Ghibli Readathon, and the LGBTQMonth Reading Challenge hosted by Ross. I also had a personal challenge for LGBTQ books and films. It was a busy month (also my birthday month 🥳) but I managed to get through most of my reading and watch list. Surprisingly,… Continue reading june 2021- wrap up
In May, I prioritised AAPI content to celebrate AAPI Heritage Month but I did get other readings/ viewings done. I didn't really have an extensive TBR and watchlist but I'm quite satisfied with what I got in. Overall it was a good month though it started off a bit slow. Here's what I read and… Continue reading may 2021 – wrap up

Welcome! Welcome! .. to my April wrap up. As I hoped, this month was waaay better than last. Here's how it went: For April, I read 15 books. It was pretty much a Grishaverse month but I started off with ... Act Your Age, Eve Brown by Talia Hibbert - This one I really enjoyed.… Continue reading april 2021 – wrap up
I watched Shadow and Bone season 1 *about a week ago* and loved it. There is much to say and comment on but you (and I) would be here all day. So, I decided to just write some quick thoughts as an extension to my April Wrap Up. Note: I didn't take notes so this… Continue reading Shadow and Bone season 1 – thoughts
Reading the synopsis, it can come off as a simple story but there were so many things that can be said about this book. It is definitely an unconventional one but it pulls and keeps you in till the end.
I read book 1: Get a Life, Chloe Brown in 2020 and the next two Take a Hint, Dani Brown (book 2) and Act Your Age, Eve Brown (book 3) this year and loved all three (on varying levels of course) and what they had to bring. These books are hilarious, fun, steamy and great to get into!
